Bonjour. J'ai constaté que si je mange une grande quantité de prunes ou de cerises vers 11h ou 16h (c'est à dire à jeun), je suis prise d'une irrésistible envie de dormir. Il n'est donc pas question de me goinfrer sous le cerisier avant de prendre ma voiture sinon je suis obligée de m'arrêter après quelques km pour dormir un peu.
Moi qui ne bois jamais une goutte d'alcool, j'ai l'impression d'être face au même processus qu'un buveur : si je "consomme" beaucoup avec un estomac à jeun, je suis inapte à conduire ou à toute concentration !!! Si je mange ces fruits mélangés à un repas, tout est normal. Auriez-vous une idée de la raison ?? Merci à vous.
